Hoy me puse a soñar... y me acordé de mi visita al reino mágico de Disney World durante mi estancia en Orlando hace un par de meses. A pesar de tener sólo un par de horas libres antes de volver a Philadelphia, no podía dejar Orlando sin visitar el mundo mágico de Walt Disney.
Mi ilusión era ver el castillo de la Cenicienta, que tantas veces me hizo soñar de pequeña. Y es que, ¿Quién no se ha dejado hechizar por las maravillosas historias de Walt Disney? Cuando era pequeña, me pasaba días soñando despierta, pensando que era una princesa y que venía a rescatarme mi principe azul...

Today I was dreaming... and I remembered my visit to the magic kingdom of Disney World during my stay in Orlando a couple of months ago. Even if I only had a couple of hours to visit this place, I couldn't leave the city without visiting the magic world of Walt Disney.
I wanted to see Cinderella's castle, which made me dream so many times when I was little. Who hasn't been bewitched one day by the wonderful stories of Walt Disney? When I was little, I used to daydream that I was a princess and the Prince Charming came to rescue me...
La bella durmiente, La Bella y la Bestia, La Cenicienta, Pocahontas, Peter Pan, Blancanieves y los siete enanitos, tantas y tantas películas mágicas que han encandilado a niños y a adultos, que nos han enseñado a soñar y a utilizar ese bien tan preciado que es la imaginación.
Érase una vez un mundo mágico llamado Magic Kindom. En este mundo, la gente iba cantando y bailando por la calle, con mucha alegría.

Cada día se despedía a lo grande, con una fiesta en la que todos formaban parte del cuento y siempre había final feliz.

Each day ended with a big party, in which everybody was a part of the story with happy ending.
En este mundo mágico, decían que todos los sueños se hacían realidad... El mío se cumple hoy con la llegada de mi principe azul desde un país muy muy lejano. No viene en caballo, viene en avión, pero eso son únicamente tecnicismos de esta época... Yo esperaré a que me despierte de mi sueño con un beso y seremos felices por siempre jamás.
