Southwell and Newark

Today we visited Southwell and Newark, two small villages nearby Nottingham. Southwell is famous because of its Normand Minster that contains inside the famous "leaves of Southwell", carvings with leave shapes, corresponding to many different species of leaves. Really beautiful!
In Newark we visited the castle by the river Trent. We had a great time with Cesar and Maria!
